Together with Silas Gronbach, a student at the University for Sustainable Development in
Eberswalde (HNEE), we have developed a unique internship exchange programme in Ghana. This
programme offers you an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience in an exciting and
diverse environment.
Through our extensive network, we are able to offer you a variety of internship opportunities in
companies that perfectly match your interests and field of study.
You can choose the size of the company, the industry and the department to suit your preferences,
and gain exciting insights into different areas of work over a period of several months. You will also
have the opportunity to do an internship with the Shout Africa Foundation and make an active
contribution on the ground.
Nine HNEE students already participated in our pilot programme in the summer semester of 2024.
The experiences from this first round will be directly incorporated into the development of the
programme to create even more personalised internships.
